Registrations

One single payment in full is required to complete registration for the week(s) you chose. Here are your payment options:

• transfer (Interac) via magdelcourt@gmail.com, 

• cash

• Paypal is available for credit card options (3% additional charges will apply)

Following the reception of your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm registration.

Cancelation, change and refund policy

Any changes must be transmited directly to me by email  magdelcourt@gmail.com. You have up to 7 days BEFORE the week you scheduled to make modifications, free of charge, pending availabilities at this moment.

CANCELATION

7 days BEFORE the beginning : FULL refund

You will be reinbursed in full within 10 days following the reception of your demande in the same form of the initial payment.

Less than 7 days before the beginning : NO refund

If the registered child cannot partake to the scheduled week(s), a sibling of the same age group may take his/her place IF the given week has not started with no additional charge. Otherwise, any cancelation occuring 7 days or less before the scheduled week is not refundable.

IMPORTANT A minimum of 4 participants is required

If less than 4 children register for any given week, programming will be CANCELED and payments fully reimbursed.
